










Company: GSG Architecture (Design Architect: ZGF Architects) Project Type: Higher Education Construction Type: New Construction Description: The 90,000 sf High Bay Research Facility provides high bay space for numerous University departments such as the School of Energy Resources and the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, as well as specialized research in fields relevant to the Mountain West region, from large-scale testing to nanoscience with lab space consisting of MRI, CT, chromograph, and other specialized equipment. My Role: I was a job captain responsible for documenting and detailing from SD through CD. I also coordinated the revit model and handover between three architecture firms. Challenges: Making sure all three firms could work simultaneously with little overlap took careful coordination.
