Company: Arquitectonica Project Type: Mixed Use, Residential Construction Type: New Construction Description: The HueHub is a landmark mixed-use project responding directly to Miami’s urgent housing crisis. Spanning 1,564,000 square feet on approximately 16.5 acres, HueHub will feature eleven 35-story towers comprised of 6,021 thoughtfully designed and furnished residential units complete with over 7,500 premanufactured modular kitchens and bathrooms. The community will also include nearly 166,000 square feet of interior amenities like restaurants, fitness, podcasting studios, medical offices, and an elementary school, as well as a two-acre park with additional outdoor pool, pickleball courts, and retail. My Role: I worked through Schematic and Design Development on a developer derived concept. The project was split into phases and I was the PM/PA on half of them, coordinating with all relevant engineers as well as working with the client to develop the project on an accelerated timeline. Challenges: Working with extremely tight tolerances, the team needed to be very precise from the very beginning of SD to ensure constructability.
